Reggaeton for everybody

If you have a little experience in any dance styles such as Dancehall, Reggaeton, Afrobeat, Hip-hop,Jaz, etc,.. this course will bring you joy, you will learn how to shake, pop and twerk, while you will be having heaps of fun and working up to sweat.

In this course, you learn how to develop your body control, techniques and how to use tips and tricks for creating your own choreography. Besides, you can learn how to dance reggaeton with your partner. 

Reggaeton is the fusion of Reggae, Latin, and Hip Hop flavors. Originating in Panama as ‘Spanish Reggae,’ the genre soon spread in popularity throughout Latin America, especially in Puerto Rico. The Reggaeton beat was derived from one of the most renowned Dancehall “riddims” which is fast and energetic, reflecting the way in which it is danced. Reggaeton focuses on strong and sensual hip movements (commonly known as dancing ‘perreo’) and often incorporates hip hop grooves and Latin dance technique. 

During the classes, you will get a full-body workout, it will be sweaty and in the meanwhile, you will learn steps and some cool choreographies.

You should definitely not participate in the course if you show symptoms of illness, or if you have been in close contact with sick or infected people. Anyone who is ill, even with mild symptoms, should stay home until two days after recovery. If you become ill during a course, you should go home immediately.
 
We encourage you to change clothes at your home before and after activities if possible.

When registering, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies thereafter, you are obliged to pay the course fee even if you choose to drop out, regardless of the reason. If the course is canceled by Dansarna.se, a refund will be made. For people who have registered but for some reason do not have the opportunity to participate physically on site, we will offer live streaming via Zoom and recording of reviews during the course as an alternative.
