För dig som vill testa på flera danser!
Kombinera olika stilar i en Dansmix kurs! Här behöver du inte välja, utan har chans att inspireras av flera dansstilar samtidigt. Olika ledare kommer att hålla i danspassen och lära ut en ny dans vid varje tillfälle.
Denna danskurs innehåller en blandning av stilar så som zouk, chairdance, afrobeat, contemporary, salsa m.m.
Vi testar både långsam och sensuell dans med glöd och kaxig dans med tempo och power, allt för att du ska hitta just din nya passion!
Vi arbetar med koordination, kroppskontroll, kondition, uttryck, teknik och framförallt, att våga uttrycka sin glädje och energi!
På denna dansmixkurs kan du se vad som passar dig bäst samt lägga en grund till andra danser.
Inga förkunskaper krävs, alla får vara med!

For you who want to try out several dances! Combine different styles in a hearty Dance Mix! Here you do not have to choose, instead - be inspired by several dance styles in the same course.
Different instructors will hold the dance sessions and teach a new dance on each occasion. This dance course contains a mixture of styles such as zouk, chair dance, afrobeat, contemporary, salsa etc.
We test both slow and sensual dance with passion and cocky dance with tempo and power so that you will find just your new passion!
We work with coordination, body control, fitness, expression, dance techniques and above all, to dare to express your own joy and energy!
In this dance mix course, you can see what suits you best and put a foundation for future dances.
