Solo Jazz at Lunch
A 45 minute long solo dance class that makes you feel joyful and energized! We dance to swingjazz music, focusing on rhythms, self expression, to let go and to dare to extend movements. Let loose at lunch-time! No previous experience needed. We will challenge everyone at their individual level. Professional teachers with experience from teaching on an international level since 30 years.
Solo Jazz emerged from the African American dance tradition in the 1920's-1940's Harlem (New York) and we will mostly dance to big band swing music. You will dance solo but yet at the same time together in a group with many other dancers. The class will be given in Swedish and/or English if there is a need for that.
Try first time for free if you have not taken classes with us before (but please register first).
