Midsummer Lindy Treat - Let Loose
Classes: this group has a total of 3 hours of Lindy Hop (Advanced level), 2 hours of Solo Jazz (all levels) and with 2 hours of optional Yoga (all levels). Classes will focus on creating a rhythmical language and personal expression as an individual dancer no matter whom you dance with.
Take "The Whole Shebang" instead? We strongly encourage all dancers to sign up for "The Whole Shebang" since the additional classes included in that schedule lays the fundation for our technique, thus making the more advanced material much more realistic to incoporate in your dancing. If you have the time, please consider signing up for "The Whole Shebang" instead!
Level description: Advanced
In these classes we expect you to have several years of Lindy Hop experience. You already dance with rhythmical footwork variations and you manage both lower tempos as well as pretty up tempo songs.
Teachers: Åsa & Daniel Heedman teach all classes in Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz.
The teacher for Yin-Yoga (optional) will be announced soon.

Social dance: The social dance on Saturday night, June 13, is organized by the local dance society Northern Swing Dance at the beautiful old concert hall Ebeneser - the entrance fee (between 50-100 SEK) can by paid at the entrance.
Practicalities: please only register to one of the courses/groups - they are all different combinations of the same classes.
If there is a waiting list you can always:
- Find a partner to sign up with - both will skip the waiting list and get into the course immediately.
- Sign up as a Leader - if your leading skills fits the course level.
- Registering to the Jazz & Yoga track where you only dance solo.
Conditions from Heedman regarding Midsummer Lindy Treat - Let Loose
- Bindande bokning:
En bokning av en danskurs är bindande, vilket innebär att du är skyldig att betala kursavgiften.
- Ångerrätt:
Du har ångerrätt inom 14 dagar från bokningstillfället, men denna upphör om kursen har startat och du har deltagit i ett kurstillfälle (två kurstillfällen om du inte tagit kurs med oss tidigare).
- Återbetalning vid avbokning:
Om du avbokar en kurs innan kursstart och ångerrätten gäller, kan du få tillbaka kursavgiften minus en adminstrativ avgift på 300 kr.
- Inställda kurser:
Om dansskolan ställer in en kurs får du tillbaka hela kursavgiften.
- Inställda kurstillfällen:
Om ett enskilt kurstillfälle ställs in kommer du bli erbjuden ett ersättningstillfälle eller ett tillgodohavande till kommande kurser eller, i vissa fall, en återbetalning.
- Sjukdom och skada:
Vid långvarig sjukdom eller skada kan du, mot uppvisande av läkarintyg, få återbetalning för de återstående kurstillfällena.
- Ändringar av tid eller plats:
Dansskolan har rätt att ändra plats eller tidpunkt för kursen, men kommer i så fall meddela dig så att du kan ta ställning till om de nya förutsättningarna fungerar eller inte. Om du i så fall vill avboka kursen har du rätt att få återbetalning för de återstående kurstillfällena.
- Ändringar av lärare:
Dansskolan har rätt att ändra lärarna för hela eller delar av kursen utan att detta ger rätt till återbetalning eller avbokning.
