Arctic Lindy Treat - Jazz & Yoga
Classes: In the Solo Jazz classes you will work with the groove, the move and to find your own unique way of dancing. To let loose and feel free.
In the Yoga classes you will put the focus inwards - to find balance and inner peace. It will be calm, restoring and you will get the chance to recharge your batteries as well as relaxing and stretching your muscles and fascia.

The social dance on Saturday night, Jan 24, is organized by the local dance society Northern Swing Dance - entrance fee can by paid at the entrance.
Level description: No previous experience needed of neither Solo Jazz dancing nor Yoga.
Teachers: Åsa & Daniel Heedman teach all classes in Solo Jazz.
Yin-Yoga teacher (optional classes): to be announced.
Practicalities: please only register to one of the courses/groups - they are all different combinations of the same classes.
Conditions from Heedman regarding Arctic Lindy Treat - Jazz & Yoga
- Registration fee will not be reimbursed in case of a cancellation.
- If you cancel less than two months prior to the workshop the total cancellation fee is 1.500 SEK.
- If you cancel less than one month prior to the event there will be no reimbursement if you can not present a doctors certificate.
