Classes: This is a full weekend package which includes:
- 6 hours of Lindy Hop classes
- 2 hours of Solo Jazz classes (all levels)
- and optional 2 hours of Yin-Yoga classes (+200 SEK)

You will practice different ways to "groove", how to include your whole body and soul, your rhythmical language and also personal expression as an individual dancer.

Level description: Intermediate to Advanced
In these classes we expect you to have a few years of Lindy Hop experience. You have a solid basics and manage to dance with some rhythmical footwork variations and manage both lower tempos as well as slightly up-tempo songs.

Teachers: Åsa & Daniel Heedman teach all classes in Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz.
The teacher for Yin-Yoga (optional) will be announced soon.

Social dance: The social dance on Saturday night, June 13, is organized by the local dance society Northern Swing Dance at the beautiful old concert hall Ebeneser - the entrance fee (between 50-100 SEK) can by paid at the entrance.

Practicalities: please only register to one of the courses/groups - they are all different combinations of the same classes.

If there is a waiting list you can always:

1. Find a partner to sign up with - both will skip the waiting list and get into the course immediately.
2. Sign up as a Leader - if your leading skills fits the course level.
3. Registering to the Jazz & Yoga track where you only dance solo.

Classes: this group has a total of 3 hours of Lindy Hop (from BeginnersIntermediate), 2 hours of Solo Jazz (all levels) and with 2 hours of optional Yoga (all levels). The goal with these classes is to make your dancing more simple and "airy" and move the focus from tricky steps or tricky leading/following over to different ways to "groove" and how to dance with your whole body and soul!

Level description: From BeginnersIntermediate and up
These classes are designed to fit both lower levels AND higher levels - all the way up to advanced dancers.

Take "The Whole Shebang" instead? We strongly encourage all dancers to sign up for "The Whole Shebang" since the additional classes included in that schedule lays the fundation for our technique, thus making the more advanced material much more realistic to incoporate in your dancing. If you have the time, please consider signing up for "The Whole Shebang" instead!

Classes: In the Solo Jazz classes you will work with the groove, the move and to find your own unique way of dancing. To let loose and feel free.
In the Yoga classes you will put the focus inwards - to find balance and inner peace. It will be calm, restoring and you will get the chance to recharge your batteries as well as relaxing and stretching your muscles and fascia.

Level description: Beginners to Advanced
No previous experience needed of neither Solo Jazz dancing nor Yoga.
