As the interest in performing at Kulturnatten increases every year, we now have more applicants than the schedule allows. We therefore need to make prioritizations based on the following principles:

• Local groups have priority: Organizations with ongoing activities within Lund Municipality are prioritized in the schedule.
• External groups (outside Lund): We obviously still want to include as many as possible! If you do not operate in Lund, but check the slot "Korta shower ca 12.00 - 13.00" (Short shows approx. 12:00 - 13:00), we will do our absolute best to squeeze you in for a shorter stage time there (or possibly later if you have also checked multiple slots).

How much time each group receives depends entirely on the demand during specific time slots. You have a significantly better chance of getting more stage time if you check multiple slots, especially the early one (12:00–15:00), or if you indicate that your group is completely flexible with the time.

For reference: In 2023, we had 25 acts distributed over 12 hours. This means stage time is limited and most groups get less time than they wish for, especially during the popular evening hours.

• Share the Facebook Event (Requirement): It is mandatory for all participating organizations to join, invite people to, and share the official Facebook event for the dance floor so that we build the audience together.
• Schedule Clashes? Remember to check the box in the form below if you or your dancers are also participating in other program points during Kulturnatten on the same evening, so that we can avoid double bookings.
• Secure Your Email: Add classes@heptown.com to your address book right now to reduce the risk of our important schedule messages and updates getting caught in your spam filter.

• Location: Botulfsplatsen (the old bus square in central Lund).
• Time: The program runs continuously from 12:00 until 00:00.
• Stage Surface: Real wooden floor under a protective tent roof (the same highly appreciated solution as last year).
• Backstage & Changing: Please change at home if possible! There will only be access to a very basic changing tent on-site.
• Sound & Tech: A professional sound system for recorded music (via your own phone/tablet) will be provided on-site. Simple equipment for mic'ing live music can be arranged, but must be pre-registered in this form.

Kulturnatten in Lund is organized centrally by Visit Lund AB on behalf of Lund Municipality. The program and coordination for the Dance Floor specifically is managed by Håkan at HepTown, on direct assignment from Visit Lund.
