Movement + Lab is all about taking your WCS to the next level! 

In this 4 hour mini intensive Sean and Courtney will take you through the building blocks of quality of movement and advanced WCS techniques using focused attention on the details of body mechanics, mobility and balance, practice drills, WCS connection technique, musical highlights, styling and accents, as well as a 30 minute "Lab" for practice and individual feedback. 

Movement + Lab is your opportunity to train like a pro, and feel great! 

The intensive will be held on Friday 16th between 13.00-17.30 with a 30 min break
Price: 800 sek (approx 80 EUR)!
