Bokningsvillkor

Anmälan är bindande med en avbokningsavgift på 500 kr. Ni har möjlighet att avboka hela kursen fram till 30 dagar före kursstart. Om ni avbokar kursen med mindre än 30 dagar till kursstart så är det ingen återbetalning, med undantag för godkänt läkarbevis.
Avbokningsavgiften på 500 kr återbetalas inte.
Avbokning sker i första hand via det bekräftelsemejl som ni får vid bokning. I andra hand kan ni mejla att ni önskar avboka till info@kalabalindy.com. Uppge alltid ert och elevens för- och efternamn.
Att endast utebli från kursstart godtas inte som avbokning.
Genom att du eller ditt barn deltar i vår verksamhet godkänner ni att vi filmar och fotograferar under lektionerna och använder materialet på våra sociala mediekanaler för marknadsföring och dokumentation av verksamheten. Samtycket gäller från aktuellt tillfälle och framåt.
Om ni inte önskar att bli filmade eller synas i materialet, vänligen informera dansläraren innan lektionen. Dansläraren kommer då att anvisa en plats där ni inte kommer att synas i bild. Vi hanterar allt material enligt gällande dataskyddslagstiftning (GDPR) och respekterar alltid era önskemål om integritet.
Booking terms
Registration is binding with a cancellation fee of SEK 500. You have the option to cancel the entire course up to 30 days before the course starts. If you cancel the course less than 30 days before the course starts, there is no refund, with the exception of an approved medical certificate.
The cancellation fee of SEK 500 is non-refundable.
Cancellations are primarily made via the confirmation email you receive when booking. Alternatively, you can email that you wish to cancel to info@kalabalindy.com. Always state your and the student's first and last name. Simply not showing up for the start of the course is not accepted as a cancellation.
By participating in our activities, you or your child agree that we film and photograph during the lessons and use the material on our social media channels for marketing and documentation of the activities. The consent is valid from the current moment onwards. If you do not wish to be filmed or appear in the material, please inform the dance teacher before the lesson. The dance teacher will then designate a location where you will not be visible in the picture. We handle all material in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR) and always respect your wishes for privacy.
