Två intensiva dagar med spännande ämnen. Tre timmar varje dag, 6 timmar lektionstid 

Lördag & Söndag:

-”Torsion is Embrace’s Best Friend"  

Circular movement, the rotation motion, plays a key role in changing directions while keeping the embrace of the couple undisturbed.                                                   

The seminar will consist of fundamentals of coordination while exploring body awareness of spiral lines. 

Special focus on couple’s connection and timing will build logical links in the technique map. 

By the end of the journey, playing with ideas of complex movements (such as boleos and pirouettes) will provide an entertaining way to reconsider the core of your dancing

• Fine-tuned connection details and micro movements for a magical connection: how to make the invisible visible and enjoy simplicity; 

Sunday 15.30-18.30

Dynamic 

• Change of amplitude and complexity: ideas and practice to go from simple to complex and back, adding vibrance and contrast to the dance; 

 Nivå; avancerad
