Aerials workshop - intermediate

Are you curious on how to put lifts, throws, jumps in your Lindy Hop? 
Or you want to try some next level aerials? 

Ornella Macchia (all the way from Brussels) & Nick Baeten have been teaching aerials for several years and are happy to show you fun and crazy acrobatics in a very safe and easy way. 

When:
Saturday 09/12
11.00-12.45: beginner Aerials.
13.15- 15.00: continuation - intermediate aerials 

It is very much possible to follow both workshops if you want to start with a good base and built it up to more challenging material. 

We require you to sign up with a partner. If you want to sign up as a group of 3, contact us at kurser@swedishswing.se and we will arrange it.
