Blues dance intensive for beginners part 2

This blues intensive picks up where we left off on the 13th of january in part 1. 

It's still on beginner level, but we assume that you'll have some knowledge of the basics:

• Knowing the 3 connections and how to switch between them (close embrace, closed, open)
• Understanding pulse, but it's not necessary to have mastered it
• The basic step and turn

If you joined for part 1 or have been social dancing for a while but never taken a class, this is for you.

We will continue with going through the basic steps and movement mechanics, work a lot on connection - to the music and to your partner. We will cover the most common styles and rhythms that are part of the blues dance family.

This is the perfect intro if you are interested in joining our intermediate regular classes that start on Tuesday the 23rd. 

The classes will be ELEF - everybody leads, everybody follows. No need to specify a dance role when you apply.
