Aerials workshop - lindy focused aerials - intermediate

Are you curious on how to put lifts, throws, jumps in your Lindy Hop? 
Or you want to try some next level aerials? 

Ornella Macchia (all the way from Brussels) & Nick Baeten have been teaching aerials for several years and are happy to show you fun and crazy acrobatics in a very safe and easy way. 

Schedule
(Note that you need to sign up for each session separately)

Saturday 10/02
11.00-12.45: Level 1, beginner Aerials.
14.00- 15.45: Level 2, continuation - beginner-intermediate 

Sunday 11/02
11:00-12:45 and 14:15-16:00: Level 3, lindy hop focused aerials. 

Level 3 will focus on more advanced aerials and the implementation of them within your dancing. The workshop is split in 2 parts with a recuperation break. 
A minimum intermediate level of Lindy hop is necessary.

We require you to sign up with a partner. If you want to sign up as a group of 3, contact us at kurser@swedishswing.se and we will arrange it.
