Partnered Jukin' Blues Nybörjaremedel

Blues dances are a group of African American dance styles to Blues music, with the earliest styles developing in the late 1800's.

This course block is suitable for those who have taken at least one round of beginner classes before, and those who want to brush up on and deepen their Blues dance skills. During this themed course block, we will focus on two Jukin' blues styles, as well as technique.

We will also teach some basic history of the Blues, USA's first original art form, and talk about the common structures of Blues music. For this course we use an ELEF (everyone leads, everyone follows) approach.
