Partner Blues Nybörjare
Blues dances are a group of African American dance styles danced to different styles of Blues music, with the earliest styles developing in the late 1800s. We will go through the core of blues dancing; work a lot on the connection - to the music and to your partner. We will cover the most common styles and rhythms that are part of the blues dance family.
Expect close embrace, and time to listen, feel, and express the music. Good for total beginners, or perhaps you want a brush up of old skills / a new dance role? The classes will be ELEF - everybody leads, everybody follows. No need to specify a dance role when you apply.
