Slow Bal Workshop - Foundation level

Foundation level:

The introduction to Slow Bal for beginners or anyone who has only done a taster. We build your foundation, rhythm, connection, and first moves step-by-step. This is also a perfect workshop if you want to boost your basics.

Pro Tip: Experienced dancers are warmly encouraged to join the Foundation session in the opposite role. It’s a massive boost for your dance knowledge, skills, and the quality of your primary role!

Cancellation policy: If you are unable or do not wish to attend a course you have registered for, you must cancel your registration by emailing kurser@swedishswing.se. If you cancel earlier than 3 days before the course starts, a cancellation fee of 100 SEK will be charged. If you cancel later than 3 days before the course starts, the full course fee will be charged.
