Kizomba - Body Isolations + Tarraxo Workshops

After the success of last year: Tarraxo + Body Isolations workshop is back with a bigger edition, including a social dance! 

Tarraxo is a partner dance style frequently incorporated into kizomba/urbankiz. It’s heavily based on body isolations and rhythms and danced to music with a heavier beat.

We are starting off the day with a body isolations class led by Agnes. It’s really helpful for tarraxo, but gaining more body control is also something that will help all your dancing. It’s a solo dance class and the exercises are suitable for anyone, no matter your dance experience or gender. 

After the lunch break we will be joined by Sweden’s best tarraxo leader, Ken Mogekwu. We will do a 1,5 h fundamentals workshop, suitable for anyone who wants to brush up their tarraxo basics, or maybe haven’t tried tarraxo before. After that we will do 2,5 h of tarraxo intermediate. If you did the fundamentals workshop, or if you have taken classes in tarraxo somewhere else, you are welcome at this higher level. 

This time we will finish the day off with a social! We will have TWO ROOMS!! One will play tarraxo (of course) and the other room will be kizomba/urbankiz. The social is included if you paid for any of the workshops. Otherwise you can buy entrance to just the social dance.
