Aerial Silks
Aerial silks is a air acrobatic disipline where you climb and use the silk to create beautiful shapes, brain teasing combos and adrenaline pumping drops! Aerial silks classes is a fun and creative way to build strength, endurance and flexibility.

All aerial courses includes open training once a week free of charge. See the course schedule for training times. Perfect opportunity to practice tricks from the classes! An instructor is always present to help.
