Aerial Hoop Heels
“In our Aerial Hoop Heels course, you will learn tricks and choreography suitable for hooping in heels. We will focus on achieving beautiful lines with our heels and at the same time channelling our inner sassy divas.
The lessons consist of warm-up, some technique/tricks and choreography (main focus).
The course is open to anyone who has done at least one term of aerial training or pole dance, and is starting to feel more comfortable inverting and being upside down. The level of the course will be adjusted to the participants.
ATTENTION! There is no strict requirement to wear heels to attend the course. Heels add to the fun and the goal is to train your ability to move in the hoop (and floorwork) with heels, but it's up to you if you choose to wear them. Long leggings/training pants are advised.”
