Balboa Grundkurs (Okt)
Balboa is a dance born on the West Coast of the United States and is rooted in African American artistic values. It is usually described as the dancers' dance, where the focus is more on communication between dancing partners than on the show for the spectators. It is danced in both open and closed position, and usually at a slightly faster tempo.
In the basic course, we will introduce the feel of the Balboa, basic footwork and some moves that can be used on the social dance floor.
The dance contains rotations, spins, and slides; therefore, we recommend shoes with leather sole or similar that slide easily on wooden floors.
It is often a good idea to take GK multiple times before you move on to FK.

När du bokat en kurs har du 14 dagar på dig att avboka. Gör du det kommer eventuell inbetald kursavgift att återbetalas. Eventuella kurstillfällen du haft möjlighet att delta i räknas dock som förverkade och måste betalas fullt ut.
