If you are accepted to the activity, you will receive an e-mail including all payment details. There is no refund when cancelling your registration after due date of payment. Only exception is in case of illness, in which case we require a doctor’s note.

To unregister to the event before the due date of payment, reply to your acceptance letter as soon as possible. Neglecting to pay the fee does not count as an unregistration, and we will still be expecting your payment. If full payment is not received before the due date of payment, the organizer may cancel your registration.

During this festival we take care of each other. By registering You accept our Code of Conduct, and we will have an awareness team during the event that you can reach out to if you in any way feel uncomfortable or violated.

If you feel uncomfortable about a person or a situation at the festival there will be an awareness team you can contact at any time. Their info will be posted on the webpage and all around the party and class areas. The awareness team will also be presented regularly during the festival so you will recognize them. WCJ also has a plan of action against sexual harassment. If you break the rules and make someone else feel uncomfortable there will be consequences.

The booking service is provided by CogWork AB. It provides event booking for participants and allows them to keep track of their information. Companies and organizations can handle events, bookings, memberships, payments, general ledger, customer communication and more.
